I'm thinking that you could setup jack to bridge alsa, then maybe you could find a way to route jack to icecast, and then stream it on the phone.
(Sto pensando che potresti settare jack per wrappare tutti i client alsa, e poi routare jack in icecast. In questo modo potresti streamare lo stream locale dall'android.)
